1. Mile Markers of Faith: we bless the child, gift the family and call the parents to the promises of baptism by providing family educational opportunities at specific milestones.
2. Tithing education during worship each year.
3. Children’s ministry staff member.
4. Disciple Service: Celebrate a three-person Discipleship exchange 10 times each year. Stop using the word volunteer for church ministry.

MEASURES:
1. Knock: members knock on 100 doors in 4 neighborhoods each year.
2. Use the term volunteer to refer to our members service in the community. Celebrate our members volunteering each year.
3. 50 members attend Pray Joliet, Benevolence partner fundraisers or LCMC events each year.
4. Fairs: Host a booth or float at a new fair each year. Participate in one other community event yearly.
