 Children as young as 3 years old come to Sunday school at 9:30 am and Kids Church at 11am. Other programs included Baptism; First Communion; Vacation Bible School; MKW; Special Children's messages at each Sunday morning service and a nursery for the babies |  Kids K-5th Grade connect with the Bible and each other on Wednesdays from 6:30-8. Bring the kids and their friends and stay to help out in this fun, impactful mid-week group! |  MESSIAH KIDS AT 11 on Sunday. Children enjoy the Family Life Center after they hear the Children's Message during the 11am service on Sunday. |
 Kids 5 and younger (along with a parent/guardian) from the community are invited to play in our gymnasium - no cost. Sept-May. |  We come alongside under-served families in the community and provide them with baby and mom essentials. |  Insight is an adult Bible study group that meets on Sunday mornings during the 9:30 am service. |
 Messiah Men's Ministry (3M) is a Bible study group for men of all ages. We meet on the second and fourth Tuesdays of every month at 6:30 pm. |  Join our Older Wiser Loving Seniors (OWLS) luncheon the 2nd Tuesday of every month (Sept-May) & enjoy a variety of activities such as speakers, crafts, fellowship, and more. |  Accept the challenge! We get together on Thursdays from 9-10am (Sept.-May) to encourage and inspire each other to take care of our bodies and our faith. |
 Calling all green thumbs to help with landscaping, gardening, planting, watering and beautifying the church grounds. Come whenever you are able! Contact Kim at 815-546-3553 for a list of things that can be done |  Volunteers meet at Daybreak Shelter 611 Cass Street, Joliet the 2nd Monday of every month to prepare and serve food. 5:30-7pm. If you can volunteer or provide supplies, please submit the form below or call the church office. |  MEMORY BEARS on the fourth Tuesday at 9 AM! We sew 24-inch stuffed teddy bears out of clothing from one who has passed away to comfort those who are grieving. We also make bears to order as well as new bears we offer for sale on the 1st Sunday in May, called “Bear Sunday”. ALL proceeds are donated to children in need, such as those in the local hospice program, in our own congregation, the local homeless shelter, an orphanage and a children’s hospital. Whether or not you can sew, we need you! |
 QUILTERS Meet the third Tuesday at 9 a.m. to assemble and tie quilts that are sent to Lutheran World Relief (LWR) where they are distributed around the world to the people affected by natural disasters or war. Our quilts are used as warm bedding, simple tents or floor coverings.We also make lap robes for our local Lightways Hospice and baby quilts for our own Li’l Loves Ministry. No sewing or quilting experience needed. in and meet new friends. Contact Kathy 815-953-6601. |  Mothers of Preschoolers get together for activities and brunch with other moms while the kids play in the gym for 2 hours. We meet on select Friday mornings Sept-May.
