Emergency Prayer Partners

Messiah uses a prayer chain made up of people willing to pray for our members, community and nation in the times of crisis. The prayers are confidential and anonymous as much as possible. The prayer partners will not be overwhelmed with prayer requests because we will encourage people to refer their everyday prayer needs to our Thursday morning prayer group or to the pastors on Sunday morning. Thursday Morning Prayer Group

10:00-11:00 a.m. Fireside Room

You will enjoy this informal prayer group that practices conversational prayer. We pray for the needs of our congregation and families, community and nation. Many people say that this is the best hour of their week. Join us!

Sunday Morning Prayers of Intercession

Please fill out a prayer card during worship and your prayer will be included during worship. Prayer concerns brought privately to the pastoral team will remain confidential unless you request prayers during worship or in prayer group.

Prayer Shawls

There are lap afghans, shawls and prayer squares available in the front lobby as free gifts to anyone going through illness, therapies or living in a nursing home in need of warmth. Please feel free to take one and give the gift of prayer to a loved one.
