Quilters – meet the third Tuesday of each month at 9 a.m. We assemble and tie quilts that are sent to Lutheran World Relief (LWR) where they are distributed around the world to the people affected by natural disasters or war. Our quilts are used as warm bedding, simple tents or floor coverings and reflect God’s loving presence in a world filled with suffering. We also make lap robes for our local Lightways Hospice and baby quilts for our own Li’l Loves Ministry. No sewing or quilting experience is needed to join in and meet new friends.

The Prayer Shawl Ministry is a group of men and women who crochet and knit small blankets and shawls that are available for our members to bring to a loved one in need as a tangible symbol of our congregations love and prayers. This Ministry is a special way to reach out with love and care to others who are hurting, to comfort those in need of healing, to console those who are grieving, to bring hope to those in despair or in transition, or to provide for someone in need. As the garment is created, the recipient is known only to God as the crafter works and prays.
Children as young as 3 years old come to Sunday school at 9:30 am and Kids Church at 11am.
Other programs included Baptism; First Communion; Vacation Bible School; AWANA; Special Children's messages at each Sunday morning service and a nursery for the babies.
